Sir James Knott Flying Bursary

Helping Wings, Jersey’s light aviation charity, is delighted to announce that, thanks to the Sir James Knott Trust, we are able to offer a bursary worth up to £5000 of flying training with Jersey’s flying club, Skywalker Flight Training, for a local person with a lower limb disability.

Helping Wings hopes to offer training in a specially adapted aircraft in the future but currently, this bursary will require the applicant to fully operate the controls of a conventional aircraft.
